Rick Berkelmans (né en 1986) vit et travaille à Bréda, aux Pays-Bas, où il dirige son propre studio de design, Hedof. Il est connu internationalement grâce à de projets commerciaux et à de nombreuses expositions. Ses oeuvres sont pleines de vie et d'humour, elles se basent sur un mélange fort d'images, de typographie et de couleurs. Sans être trop direct, Berkelmans s'assure toujours que son travail est fourni avec une certaine attitude, décontractée, mais bien pensée. La touche finale de ses illustrations c'est l'amour qu'il porte pour les différentes techniques d'impression, combinant ses nouvelles illustrations avec un regard unique un peu vintage.

Rick Berkelmans (1986) lives and works in Breda where he runs his oneman design studio Hedof. With a combination of commercial projects and exhibitions he raised his profile on an international level. His work is full of action and humor and consists of a strong mix of images, typography and color. Never being too much in your face, Berkelmans' always makes sure his work is packed with a certain attitude, casual but well thought through. The finishing touch to his illustrations is Rick's love for printing techniques, which combines his fresh illustrations with a unique vintage look.

Rick Berkelmans (1986) lebt und arbeitet in Breda, wo sein Ein-Mann-Designstudio Hedof sitzt. Mit einer Kombination aus kommerziellen Projekten und Ausstellungen schaffte er es auf ein internationales Niveau. Seine Arbeiten sind voller Leben und Humor und bestehen aus einem starken Mix von Bilder, Typographie und Farbe. Ohne zu direkt zu sein, ist seine Arbeit dennoch immer mit einer gewissen Haltung versehen, die lässig erscheint, aber gut durchdacht ist. Den letzten Schliff erhalten seine Illustrationen durch Rick's Liebe für Drucktechniken, die seine neuen Illustrationen mit einem einzigartigen Vintage-Look verbinden.
