DE "Administrative Maximum: Towards the End of the Broadcast" ist ein interaktives Projekt im Netz, das Themen hinterfragt wie Kontrolle, die Lust an der von Medien vermittelten Gewalt und das Wesen des voyeuristischen Impulses in einer Kultur, in der Technik einerseits die Autonomie einschränkt, aber andererseits auch uneingeschränkte Möglichkeiten utopischen Schaffens in der Welt der digitalen Phantasie bietet bearbeitet. In einem aggressiven und übersättigten Netzwerk von Reizen und möglichen Performance-Strategien, wird dem Betrachter ein Moment der Wahl angeboten, der umgehend von vorgegebenen Ergebnissen vereitelt wird und die Unmöglichkeit zu gewinnen deutlich macht. Die Website wurde aus zahllosen Jahren interaktiver Flash-Animationen und Spiele, Live-Video-Feeds aus dem Internet und Sound entwickelt und wird kontinuierlich erweitert. 

EN "Administrative Maximum: Towards the End of the Broadcast" is an interactive web project that investigates issues of control, desires for mediated violence, and the nature of the voyeuristic impulse in a culture where technology both limits autonomy and provides for unmitigated possibilities for utopian agency in the world of digital fantasy. An aggressive and oversaturated network of stimuli and possible performance strategies, the viewer is given moments of choice only to be thwarted by predetermined outcomes that reveal the impossibility of winning. The site is developed from several hundred ages of interactive flash animations and games, live video feeds combed from the internet, and sound, and is continuously being expanded.

FR "Administrative Maximum: Towards the End of the Broadcast" est un projet interactif en ligne qui traite du contrôle, du plaisir à voir la violence médiatisée et de la pulsion voyeuriste dans un environnement où la technologie limite l'autonomie tout en offrant, dans un contexte numérique, d'innombrables possibilités d'agencements utopiques. L'utilisateur peut à certain moments interagir avec l'ensemble agressif et sursaturé de stimuli qu'il reçoit, mais il  perd rapidement la main et découvre qu'il est impossible de gagner. Le site est conçu à base de plusieurs centaines d'animations flash, de jeux et de vidéos en ligne, il récupère aussi des streams d'images et de sons et est constamment alimenté.
